Leading a Clan (or Tribe) can be both difficult, and rewarding.



Your job as a leader is to hold all of the gatherings, ceremonies, report news at full moons, appoint new Deputies, Warriors, Elders, Apperntices/Mentors, choose Warrior names, and make all decisions. You can be a tough but fair leader, or a strict yet caring leader. It is your choice how you lead, but you must follow the Warrior code, and not be too ambitious.

GATHERINGS

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather [insert leaders perch here] for a clan meeting."



APPRENTICE CEREMONY

"By naming this Apprentice, we show that [Insert Clan name here] will survive and remain strong. [Insert kit name here], from now on you will be known as [Insert Apprentice name here]....

[Insert mentor name here], you are ready for an Apprentice, You will be [Insert Apprentice name here]'s mentor."



WARRIOR CEREMONY

"[Insert Apprentice name here], you [Insert qualities to become a Warrior here]. It is time for you to become a Warrior. I name you [Insert Warrior name here]. Do you promise to uphold the Warrior code, and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?

[Wait for response of, 'I do.']

Then I commend you to EternalClan, to become a Warrior."



NOTE || Every newly made warrior must sit a silent vigil that night to watch over the camp for their sleeping clanmates



RETIREMENT CEREMONY

"[Insert Warrior name here], is it your wish to give up the name of a Warrior and go to join the elders?

[Wait for response of, 'It is.']

Your Clan honors you and all the service you have given us. I call upon EternalClan to give you many seasons of rest."



NOTE || Sometimes the Elders take on new names. For example, in the Warriors series, a cat named Sparrowpelt was caught in a fight with a badger, and lost half of his tail, and then took on the name Halftail and joined the Elders.
